How quickly will MORE TH>AN reach me if I break down?
MORE TH>N prides itself on quick service and aims to reach you within 35 minutes.

Am I covered if I run out of fuel?
Don't worry, if you run out of fuel mid journey MORE TH>N will arrange for fuel to be taken to you. And if the level of cover you have chosen includes Homecall they will even get fuel to you if you run out at home or within 1 mile of your home address.

Will MORE TH>AN contact my friends or relatives?
Yes, MORE TH>N offers a messaging service to reach those who would worry about your whereabouts.

How many recovery crews does MORE TH>N have?
MORE TH>N have over 3,500 recovery crews at their disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - so they are always ready to help.

Will MORE TH>N still help if I only have a flat tyre?
MORE TH>N can help - although you should always carry a spare tyre. And if the level of cover you have chosen includes Homecall they will even help with a flat tyre if you're at home or within 1 mile of your home address. If you're towing a caravan or trailer, remember to carry a spare tyre for that as well.

If I'm towing a caravan or trailer is that covered?
Yes. If your car is towing a trailer or caravan, that is covered too.

What happens if my car can't be repaired at the roadside?
MORE TH>N aim to repair around 75% of all breakdowns at the roadside. However if your car can't be fixed on the spot they will take it to a garage within 10 miles. If you have MORE TH>N 's Recovery option then you can choose for your car to be taken to your home, to a garage or on to your destination. You also have the option of continuing your journey using a hire car and if your car has to be kept at the garage overnight they will arrange emergency overnight accommodation for you and up to 8 passengers.
