These companies are often under-trained, largely un-objective and have been known to keep their "clients" waiting for hours for no legitimate reason before they arrive at the breakdown scene. Often the sole intention of these breakdown "pirates" is to take advantage of the driver's situation to convince them to carry out expensive repairs which are either a total bluff or unnecessary.

That's why it's never too late to choose the right breakdown cover, and you don't even need to leave your warm and comfortable home to do so. A few clicks of your computer mouse and you can set out on the journey without fear that if you should encounter some mechanical problems you will have placed yourself in the hands of a professional company.
